About Us

Etched is run by Claire who has an established background in arts, design and teaching.  After 15 years of lecturing at degree level, and running a hobbyist laser cutting studio, Claire formally established Etched in 2011 and grew the business to be a full time venture. 

Separately, Claire's other passion is print design and additionally she has established a luxury interiors brand, AIRE, that includes, fabrics, wallcoverings and lifestyle products.

Despite leaving education, Claire still works within the sector as a visiting artist for the Crafts Council on their 'Make Your Future Project'
